The consultant will provide Services in the following areas:
1- Develop and prepare a strong pipeline of projects( Federal, State and local as well as individuals entities and corporate)
2-The key requirements from owners or procurement entities
3-Maintain contact with procurement responsible officers and establish a data base of contractors with an A or B license operating in the state in Construction, Snow removal, Cleaning, and landscaping activities who could be of interest for partnership.
4- Organize working relationship with these contractors
5- Prepare an update on the existing regulations which are applicable to the core set of activities of the organization
6- Develop a Marketing strategy to sustain the growth of client base for homecare services
